Paul A. Lester – Co-Founder and President |

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Rochester, is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1974. After graduation from law school, Lester became a Staff Attorney and later Assistant to the Bureau Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. He returned to South Florida in 1977 and became an associate in both the real estate and corporate departments at Greenberg, Traurig. He joined the corporate department of Broad and Cassel in 1981, and became a partner in 1983. In 1984, Lester became a principal in Shapiro, Hoffman, Lester & Abramson, P.A.. In 1988, Lester formed Paul A. Lester, where he practiced until 1991 when he formed what is now Fieldstone Lester Shear & Denberg, LLP. Lester has been listed in the “Red Book” of nationally recognized bond counsel since 1983, has published several articles in legal journals, and organized and edited a primer on industrial development bond financing in Florida. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society, and the Real Property Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar. An avid cyclist for over 25 years, Lester is married with two daughters and resides in Miami, Florida. |

Elliott Grusky – Co-Founder |

Elliott received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri in 1977. He has done postgraduate work in pediatrics and sports medicine, and is a team doctor for the University of Miami Athletic Department. He is also an Associate Professor of Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics, focusing on postgraduate education. When he's not busy working the kinks out of Hurricane football players, Elliott enjoys snow skiing and scuba diving. He is married with two children, and lives in Pinecrest, Florida. |
